Returns
Products within the warranty period are eligible for exchange service:
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained prior to returning any product. Please contact our Sales Department to request an RMA number.
Typically the RMA service for a product is:
If the product is defective within the warranty period: It is replaced with a functional product of the same model, if such a product is out of stock, it may be replaced with an equivalent model.
If the product is defective and the warranty has expired: Additional Parts or Labour fees may apply in order to repair the product. (Please consult our sales department before sending back the product)
External power supplies provided with DVRs and NVRs do not have a warranty.
Warranty Terms:
- 3-year warranty: For Hikvision OEM IP Camera (excluding PTZ Camera) + NVR
- 2-year warranty: TVI Camera & DVR + PTZ Camera + Video Intercom + Monitor + POE Switch
- 1-year warranty: on all other items not mentioned above

Returns For Credit
Return Authorization & Conditions
- All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting our sales department. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the invoice date and must be in resalable condition, complete with all original packaging unmarked. Software is non-returnable.
- Refunds are done via the original payment method
- No Cash Refunds
- We do not offer cash refunds.
Restocking Fee
- A 20% restocking fee based on the invoice price applies to all approved returns.
Credit Card Processing Fee
- Returns paid for by credit card will incur a 3% processing fee, which will be deducted from the credited amount.
Returns After 30 Days
- No returns are accepted after 30 days from the invoice date. Some exceptions may apply at our sole discretion, but additional fees may be incurred.
